Djoliba Rush: Legends ("the game") is published by its developer, Kader Coulibaly ("we"). This policy explains what the game does with your information. The short version: the game runs on your device and does not send your personal data anywhere.
What the game collects
Nothing that identifies you. The game has no account, no sign-in, no chat and no advertising.
Your progress (races finished, best times, settings) is stored only on your device, in the game's own save file. It is never uploaded by us. If you delete the game, it is deleted with it.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and no personal information from a purchase.
What the game does not do
No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifiers.
No analytics or crash-reporting service in this version. (If a later version adds crash reporting, this policy will say so first, and the data will be anonymous.)
No location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos access.
No links to social networks from inside the game.
Children
The game is suitable for ages 9 and up. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
